We may collect the following information:

A2. Google Account Data
If you sign in using Google, we collect:
- Google account email address
- Display name
- Profile picture
This data is used solely for account authentication and displaying your profile within the Service. We do not access any other Google account data such as contacts, calendars, or Drive files.
A3. Usage Data
- Chat conversations
- Website interaction data
- System logs
A4. End-User Customer Data
- Messages and files sent by your customers through LINE or browser chat
- Customer display names and user IDs
- Order and address information collected via chatbot interactions
A5. Files and Uploads
- Files uploaded through the AI Chat Assistant (documents, images, spreadsheets, PDFs)
- Images and files sent by end-user customers during conversations
A6. Chrome Extension Data
The Quasz AI-Chatbot Chrome extension collects the following data when used on the LINE Official Chat website:
- Current chat user’s display name and user ID from the LINE Official Chat page
- Chat message history from the active chat screen (when you use the Download History feature)
- Your Quasz Account ID for authentication
The extension only activates on the LINE Official Chat website. It does not collect data from any other websites, track browsing history, or access personal files on your device.
A7. Payment Data
When you purchase credits, we may collect:
- Billing name and email address
- Transaction records (amount, date, payment method used)
- PayPal account email (if paying via PayPal)
Full credit/debit card details are processed and stored securely by our third-party payment providers — Quasz does not store your full card numbers on its servers. If you choose to save your payment method for future purchases, this data is stored by the payment provider, not by Quasz directly.
B. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve our services
- Deliver AI-powered responses
- Analyze platform performance
- Communicate important updates
C. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secure cloud infrastructure.
D. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service uses cookies and browser local storage to:
- Maintain your login session and authentication
- Save your dashboard preferences (e.g., column visibility settings)
- Store chat history for the AI Chat Assistant
- Synchronize session state across browser tabs
These are essential for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.
E. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the following trusted service providers required to operate the platform:
- LINE Corporation — for delivering and receiving messages via LINE Official Account
- Google Cloud Platform — for hosting, data storage, and infrastructure
- AI Model Providers — for processing messages and generating AI responses (conversation data is sent to AI providers for response generation only)
- PayPal — for processing PayPal payments. Subject to PayPal’s Privacy Policy
- Payment Gateway Provider — for processing credit/debit card transactions and securely storing saved payment methods
We do not share data with any parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
F. Google User Data — Limited Use Disclosure
Quasz’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (authentication and profile display)
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger/acquisition with user consent
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- A human can review Google user data only for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations
G. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, your configuration data, chat history, and associated customer data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.
H. Data Location
Your data is stored and processed on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the Asia-Southeast region. By using the Service, you consent to your data being stored and processed in this location.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent
