These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

A. Description of Service

Quasz provides an AI-powered customer communication platform that allows businesses to manage conversations with customers through automated AI responses and human support agents. The Service includes:

A web-based dashboard for monitoring and configuration
AI chatbot integration with LINE Official Account
A Chrome browser extension for chat management
A browser-based chat interface for end-user communication
An AI Chat Assistant for configuration help
Order management and custom API integrations

B. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

Be responsible for all activities under your account
Provide accurate information
Maintain the security of your account

C. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
Distribute harmful software or malicious code
Abuse or exploit the AI system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

D. AI Responses

The Service may generate automated responses using artificial intelligence.

While we aim to provide helpful and accurate responses, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying responses before relying on them.

E. Chrome Extension

The Quasz AI-Chatbot Chrome extension is an optional component of the Service that operates within the LINE Official Chat website. By installing and using the extension, you agree that:

The extension reads chat data from the LINE Official Chat page to provide its functionality
The extension communicates with Quasz servers to sync user status and chat data
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to use the extension with your LINE Official Account

F. Google Account Authentication

You may use Google Sign-In to access the Service. By authenticating with Google, you authorize Quasz to access your basic profile information (name, email, and profile picture) for account creation and authentication purposes. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

G. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including LINE Messaging API, Google Cloud services, and Google Drive. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

H. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create within the Service, including prompt instructions, action card configurations, and business data. Quasz retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology. AI-generated responses produced by the Service are provided for your use, but Quasz does not claim ownership over them.

I. Subscription and Credits

Certain features of the Service require usage credits. Credits are purchased on a prepaid top-up basis — there are no recurring subscriptions or automatic charges. You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance at your account page. When credits are depleted, AI response capabilities may be suspended until credits are replenished. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

J. Payments

Credit top-ups are processed through our e-commerce platform powered by WooCommerce. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card — processed securely through our payment gateway
PayPal — processed through PayPal’s secure platform

By making a purchase, you agree that:

All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Quasz does not store your full payment card details on its servers
You may choose to save your payment information for future purchases. Saved payment data is securely stored by the payment provider, not by Quasz directly. You can remove saved payment methods at any time from your account settings
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us through our Help Center within 14 days of the transaction
Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal’s own User Agreement and Privacy Policy

K. Order Data

The Service may collect and process order information from your customers based on your configuration. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your order templates, product information, and pricing. Quasz is not liable for errors in orders resulting from incorrect configurations.

L. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

M. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may occasionally affect availability.

N. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quasz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

O. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
